Borough Code Title 8 Supplements Mailed

In an effort to save your borough resources and to ensure that every borough official has an up-to-date printed Borough Code available, PSAB and the Pennsylvania Local Government Commission have partnered to mail each borough eight copies of the Borough Code supplement to the 2018 printed version of the Borough Code at no cost to your borough.

The 2024 cumulative supplement pamphlet (blue) contains the additions to and changes in the provisions of Title 8 (Borough Code) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes enacted since the 2018 Regular Session of the General Assembly through Act 131 of 2024. This supplement replaces prior cumulative supplement (2022) and should be retained and used in conjunction with the 2018 Title 8 edition of the Borough Code (yellow). 

If you do not have a printed copy of the entire yellow 2018 Borough Code to add this supplement to, you may purchase one from the State Bookstore.
