Municipal Associate Membership

The Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs (PSAB) was founded in 1911 and represents 956 boroughs across the Commonwealth but we also provide services to other municipal entities such as cities, townships, municipal authorities, Council of Governments, regional police departments, libraries, zoning boards, planning commissions, etc.

PSAB assists all types of local government by managing and maintaining cost-saving group programs as well as providing education to elected and appointed officials to ensure the most effective delivery of public service for their residents. PSAB also creates greater public awareness and understanding of local governmental responsibilities.
