Randy Riddle becomes PSAB President at Annual Conference
June 5th, 2025Mayor Randy Riddle of Grove City Borough in Mercer County officially became the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs (PSAB) President at the association’s 113th Annual Conference in Hershey, PA on June 4th, 2025.
As the PSAB President for 2025-2026, Riddle hopes to work with PSAB to increase conference attendance by having informative sessions and valuable training for all members. Increasing the Junior Council Program is also on his radar, as well as promoting networking with elected officials and administrators from across the Commonwealth at the conferences.
