PHFA Community Revitalization Fund Program
September 1st, 2026PHFA’s Community Revitalization Fund Program (CRFP) provides $500,000–$1 million in grants for mixed-use projects that combine affordable housing and commercial space in Pennsylvania commercial corridors. Projects must support a broader community revitalization strategy, demonstrate financial viability, leverage other funding, and keep qualifying housing affordable to households at or below 80% AMI for at least 10 years. Applications are due October 30, 2026, by 2:00 PM.
