New PennDOT Dotgrants System Website

The new PennDOT website for dotGrants will launch on Monday, June 1, 2026. The current website will permanently shut down at 4:00 PM on Friday, May 29, 2026, and the new system will not be available during the transition weekend of May 30–31.

All existing user data, usernames, and passwords will transfer automatically to the new system. Users attempting to access the old website will be redirected to the new site link.

The new dotGrants Liquid Fuels production site is https://liquidfuels.penndot.pa.gov

The updated system functions similarly to the current version, with only minor cosmetic changes explained in the attached reference documents and registration guide.

Users experiencing access issues or needing assistance should contact their local PennDOT Financial Consultant. Consultants are also available to provide individual or group training sessions.
