Join the Pennsylvania Recreation and Park Society (PRPS) for this interactive and informative workshop for municipal managers, boards, local officials, and volunteers who are seeking help with park and recreation planning and programming, and maintenance.

The workshop will feature an informative facility and trail tour with local experts as well as specific discussions geared towards enhancing the park and recreation resources for your community.  Along with opportunities to learn about resources available to assist them, attendees will have the chance to speak, share, and learn from professionals in parks and recreation on best practices for programming, budgeting, administration, and operations.

This event is scheduled for Wednesday, October 26, from 4:00 to 7:30 PM at the Chestnuthill Township Park in Brodheadsville. It features a local facility tour and informative sessions on developing and maintaining parks, program planning, budgeting, and administration.
