The PSAB Employee Benefit Program offers health insurance plans and ancillary coverages such as Life/AD & D, Disability, Dental and Vision to member boroughs with 2 or more employees. In addition, the program administrators can also provide health insurance coverage for boroughs with only one "full-time" employee. Individual coverage for part-time or temporary employees is also available.

The program offers access to a wide range of coverage options and plan designs. PPO's, HMO’s, Point of Service (POS) and traditional indemnity plans are available. Plans included: office visit copay's, first dollar hospital coverage, extensive provider networks and prescription drug coverage. Funding options, such as limited self-insured products are also available.
